Notes:
For this show, Derek Fair joined up to play guitar and performed with the band only after a week of rehearsals.  Derek was a longtime friend, having played in various projects with Gabe Higgins.  The set was opened with "Breath," only the second time the band played it.  The guys also got to play "Ordinary World," the song that had to be left off the last show.  Metallica's "Wherever I May Roam" was referenced again in "Never Fade Away," and the riff from Michael Jackson's "Beat It" was played at the end of "I Am Crucified."
